Send Device for Repair
If you are experiencing a problem with your TUNZE® product, we recommend that you first contact your specialist retailer. In many cases, assistance can be provided quickly and directly.
If it is necessary to send in the device, you can ship it directly to us.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Prepare the Device
Please clean and descale your device thoroughly before shipping.
2. Complete the Repair Form
Fill out the repair form completely and be sure to include it in the package.

If you are making a warranty claim, please include a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice).
